Telephone Support:
When accessing the CRS After-Hours Support via telephone you will be prompted to enter your site’s Support Code.
Upon entering the site our sophisticated call routing system your call will be automatically routed to the appropriate support staff member.
Our telephone system also provides the ability to leave a voice mail message. If this option is selected, your message will be routed in the same manner as a live call and will be answered in the order it was received.
Upon receiving your message a case will be created and an agent will return your call within the following 60 minutes.

The Standard plan includes the Basic support plan enhanced with remote support (phone and internet). Additional support is available and may be purchased at the posted hourly rate. Please refer to
the attached Annual Support Plans chart for details and comparisons.
Support fees for customer not enrolled in any support plan are as follows:
$250 / hour - for calls placed between 9:00am and 5:00pm (Monday thru Friday)
